◆Lesson Cancellation
To cancel an online lesson, please email us at online@yamasa.org by 17:00 (JST) the day before your lesson to allow for rescheduling. If you cancel after this deadline, or if you do not notify us, rescheduling will not be permitted.

◆Change of Lesson
If you would like to change the date or time of your lesson, please send your request to online@yamasa.org by 17:00 (JST) the day before your lesson.

◆If the lesson cannot take place due to the instructor’s circumstances or a technical issue on YAMASA’s end, we will reschedule it for another day.

◆The YAMASA Institute refund policy will apply to course refunds.

◆Please note that contacting the instructor directly will not be considered an official cancellation or communication. For any lesson cancellations or changes to the date or time, kindly contact us at online@yamasa.org.

◆キャンセルの場合
オンラインレッスンをキャンセルする場合は、前⽇17:00(JST)までにメール（online@yamasa.org）でご連絡ください。
前⽇17:00（JST）までにキャンセルの連絡があった場合…「事前キャンセル」となり、別⽇にレッスンの振替が可能です。

前⽇17:00（JST）以降、キャンセルの連絡があった場合、（連絡がなかった場合も含む）…「当⽇キャンセル」となり、レッスンの振替はできません。

◆予定（曜⽇・時間）を変更する場合
オンラインレッスンの予定（曜⽇・時間）を変更したい場合は、事前にYAMASAオンライン事務局（online@yamasa.org）にご連絡ください。

◆講師都合や弊社オンラインサーバーのトラブルなどによってレッスンが実施できない場合、別⽇にレッスンを振り替えさせていただきます。

◆その他、授業料の返⾦については、YAMASA⾔語⽂化学院返⾦ポリシーに従います。

◆ご連絡は必ず上記アドレス宛にメールでお願いします。講師個⼈宛にご連絡をいただいてもキャンセルの受付とは⾒做されませんのでご注意ください。
